  • What is porcelain tile?

    It is the surface that made from the finest Indian raw material like clays, feldspar sand, quarts sands etc. which are totally revolutionized from an ancient ceramic materials. Porcelain stoneware are process with high temperature firing that turns into a majestic tile with high strength and hardness

  • Which are the types of finished of porcelain tile?

    There are mainly six type of finishes in porcelain stoneware

  • What is rectified tile?

    It is the process of edge cutting of fired tiles to do a butt joint installation. The grout line are visible quite less and it becomes a uniform and smooth surface.

  • In which shape Porcelain Tiles are available?

    The most common shapes of tiles are the quadrangular. It means square and rectangle. The size of tiles are different according to your need but some other shapes are also available like Hexagon, Triangle etc.

  • Difference between Ceramic and Porcelain?

    Ceramic tiles are generally made of red and white clays which can be used in wall and floor application but with moderate traffic areas like bathroom, Kitchen etc. While porcelain material are made from porcelain clays which allows it to install at high traffic areas. In short porcelain tiles has more density and strength compared to ceramic material.

  • What is PEI ratings?

    It is the ratings that use to measure the abrasion resistance of tiles. There are six different ratings are available as per PEI.

  • Can I order sample?

    Yes, You can order sample of any designs from our collection. Samples are NOT in FULL SIZE. It will be available in 100x100mm and 200x200mm.

  • How long the porcelain tile last?

    If the porcelain tiles are fitted and maintain in correct way then it will last for many years, Precisely lifetime.

  • How to Clean / Maintain tiles?

    You just need a water and fine brand non abrasive detergent for cleaning the tiles.

  • Is it true that porcelain tiles are stain resistance?

    No, not every porcelain tile because generally porcelain tile are polished and stain particles are stick between the small holes but weat VU using nano polished technology. So there is no hole - there is no stain.

  • Is it possible to lay a new tile over the old fitted floor?

    Yes, It is possible to lay a new tile over the old fitted floor. It is not advisable though because it will become costly. You have to rough the old fitted surface to provide a grip to new tile layer.

  • What are the types of fixing tiles?

    Tiles can be fixed by either dry fixing or wet fixing. In dry fixing conventional cement mortar is used. While in wet fixing some special adhesives are used that can fix the tiles over the existing flooring.

  • Can we use porcelain tiles in outdoor?

    Yes you can but you must have to check PEI rating and water absorption first. PEI rating should be more than 3 and water absorption should not more than 0.5%.

  • Will tile crack or chip?

    If tile is installed properly then the chances of tile crack are very less. Is the heavy object dropped on the tile then It can be chipped.

  • Difference between Glazed Porcelain and Full Body Porcelain tiles?

    Glazed porcelain tile has front surface that has been enhanced by glazed layer. The glass glazed layer allows a tile to have many colours and designs and also makes it stain resistance. Full body porcelain tile is the product whose surface has the same colour through the tile. Because of this you can rarely seen that the full body tile being chipped. The damage can hardly seen in full body tiles.

  • What will be the breakage % in one container order?

    Because of our excellence packing method and strong packing material the breakage % will become negligible, Precisely 1 to 1.5% Maximum.
